Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the PX Digital Solutions platform, including its LaunchOps AI feature (together, “the service”), provided by PX Digital Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”). The service is in early access and free of charge during this period. We will update these terms before any paid plans are introduced and show the date above.

1. Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity in your account.
  • One person per account. Workspaces are how a team or agency organises the websites it manages.
  • Tell us promptly at hello@pxdigitalsolutions.com if you think your account has been misused.

2. Websites you monitor

  • Only add websites you own or are authorised to monitor, for example on behalf of a client you work for.
  • Our checks send ordinary HTTP(S) requests at the interval you choose. Do not use the service to load-test, probe or attack any system.
  • We may pause or remove checks that appear abusive or that a site owner asks us to stop.

3. LaunchOps AI

  • LaunchOps AI produces explanations, suggested next steps and draft messages from your stored check results, using a third-party AI model (Claude by Anthropic).
  • AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review it before you act on it or share it. It is not a guarantee of the cause of an incident.
  • LaunchOps AI does not change your systems and does not send messages. Any action you take based on its output is your decision.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, interfere with the service or other users, try to bypass its security or limits, or resell it without our written permission.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the information you add (such as website details and notes). You allow us to store and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy notice.

6. Early-access service

  • Features may change, be added or be removed while the product develops. Planned features are labelled as planned.
  • The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. During early access we do not offer an uptime commitment, and monitoring may miss or delay detecting an issue.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on monitoring results or AI output without your own review. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and contact
