Privacy notice

This notice explains what information PX Digital Solutions LLC collects through its website operations platform (including the LaunchOps AI feature) and how it is used. The platform is in early access; we will update this notice as the product changes and show the date above.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a salted hash of your password (we never store the password itself).
• Workspace content: workspace names, the websites you add (URL, name, client name, notes) and the results of checks we run against them.
• AI analyses: the analyses you request and the check results they were based on.
• Early-access requests: the details you submit in the early-access form.
• Abuse prevention: a one-way keyed hash of your IP address, used for rate limits and spam prevention.

Cookies

We use two strictly necessary cookies: one to keep you signed in and one to remember which workspace you selected. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

AI processing

When you request a LaunchOps AI analysis, the website’s name, URL, client name, notes and recent check results are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate the explanation and draft. Analyses only run when a user requests them. The AI cannot change your systems or send messages on your behalf.

How we use information

• To provide the service: run checks, show history and generate analyses you request.
• To contact you about early access or your account.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. To ask for a copy or deletion of your data, or to withdraw an early-access request, email us and we will handle the request.
